1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase as per our policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

• Request made within 7 days of purchase
• Course content accessed less than 20%
• Technical issues prevented access
• Duplicate payment was made

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

• More than 7 days have passed
• Course accessed more than 20%
• PDF books or cheat sheets already downloaded
• Certificates already issued
• Violation of terms (sharing content)

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Email us within 7 days of purchase
• Include registered email and course name
• Provide reason for refund request
• Wait for verification (3-5 business days)
• Refund processed via eSewa within 7 days

5. PDF Products

PDF products (Forex Guide, Cheat Sheet, Nepali Trading Book) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. However, if the PDF link is broken or inaccessible, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

6. Course Refunds

For video courses (Digital Marketing, Stock Market, Combo), refunds are available within 7 days if you have not accessed more than 20% of the content.

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. Repeated refund requests may result in account suspension.
